SCHEDULED COURSES FOR FY - 08

SUPERVISORS COURSE 

This course is designed to provide an overview of supervisory skills and development training for Supervisors (Technician/AGR/Active Duty).  Regulatory guidance states that any new Supervisor of Technician personnel must complete this training within the first year of appointment as a supervisor, and Supervisors with more than 5 years in a supervisory position must attend for refresher.

STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR LIFE 

This course is designed as a Georgia National Guard Personal Development Seminar for a rewarding and financially secure career and retirement.  It is designed for all full time employees, Technician/AGR/Active Duty.  Employees are encouraged to attend early in their career.  This course replaces the previous Retirement and Career courses.

1.  Personnel appointed to attend this training should register by completing the following process:

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: Just go to the ITD Training Website @ http://www.jfhq-ga.com/itdtraining/registration/registration.content.htm and follow the instructions.  If you should encounter any problems just call the POC (Don Hammond) and he will walk you thru the process.

2.  Personnel attending will receive confirmation by email once registration is completed. If you do not receive an email please contact the POC below.

3.  Orders: Being on orders is not a requirement for registration.  Orders are required, only when your situation dictates orders.  If required, your unit of assignment would have to supply or provide the orders.

4.  ATTIRE: Duty Uniform
