SUPERVISORS' COURSE

This course is designed to provide an overview of supervisory skills and development training for Supervisors (Technician / AGR / Active Duty). Regulatory guidance states that any new Supervisor of Technician personnel must complete this training within the first year of appointment as a supervisor, and Supervisors with more than 5 years in a supervisory position must attend for a refresher.

STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR LIFE

This course is designed as a Georgia National Guard Personal Development Seminar for a rewarding and financially secure career and retirement. It is designed for all full time employees, Technician / AGR / Active Duty. Employees are encouraged to attend within the first and last 2-5 years of their career. This course replaces the previous Retirement and Career courses.
